Nicola Nostro received the master degree in Computer Science from the University of Florence (Italy), in October 2010. From November 2010 to December 2011 he was owner of two research grants at Istituto di Scienza e Tecnologie dell'Informazione - Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR) in Pisa (Italy). His research was done in the context of the European Project CONNECT "Emergent Connectors for Eternal Software Intensive Networked Systems".
He received is Ph.D. in Computer Science and Applications at the University of Florence, in March 2015, with a thesis titles "Model-Based Approaches To Dependability And Security Assessment in Critical and Dynamic Systems". His research interest focus on: automatic approaches for model-based analysis of dependability in complex and evolvable systems; methods and techniques for quantitative analysis of dependability; interdependencies modeling and analysis in critical infrastructures; fault tolerance techniques.
Currently he is RAMS engineer at Resiltech, which is a company operating in the field of critical systems. |
